3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Estimated Times: Delivery times provided are estimates. While we strive for “fast and fresh,” traffic, weather, and peak hours may cause delays.

  • Delivery Zone: We only deliver within specific sectors of Montreal. If your address is outside our zone, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if they feel unsafe or if the customer is unable to provide proof of identity for age-restricted items (if applicable).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Because our food is prepared fresh, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order by calling the shop directly.

  • Quality Issues: If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, cold food), please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

5. Food Allergy Warning

CRITICAL NOTICE: Our kitchen handles ingredients that contain wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination (especially for our Desi fusion toppings), we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the “Pizza Desi” logo, menu descriptions, and fusion recipes, is the property of Pizza Desi and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or “scrape” our data for commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pizza Desi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by Quebec law.
